Hi All,
I just got a call from KLA Company's HR that I have cleared final round and there is a HR round today evening for salary discussions.
The role is for Frontend Developer(Angular).
I have 3.1 years of experience.
CCTC - 13.2 LPA (all fixed)
Holding offer of 17.5 from service company in Pune.
Does anybody have any reviews for this company for the s/w department?
How much should I ask?
What are the other ways I can negotiate? Like do they provide RSUs?
KLA Corporation
Thank you
Hello fishes, I have offers from two different companies and both are offering same amount of CTC - 18LPA (YOE: 3.2) . Company names are Pristyn Care and Xiaomi technology india pvt. ltd .
Now for Pristyn Care I won't have to move out of Gurgaon (I'm from north India). Xiaomi is calling me to Bangalore. Rest all the benefits seem similar.
In terms of learning and job security and all the aspects considered, which company should I join?
Please help me decide. Thank you!

So if no one answered this -
1. Try to get a feel for what different levels of experience are titled at different midsized firms like All for one. I wouldn't compare with a big4 / Accenture/ ibm because they have different overhead and challenges.
2. Check glassdoor or kununu. Compare also what city you're in. E.g. are you in FFM or Halle? Crosscheck with a steuerberechner.
3. If you're starting from uni / duales studium, you can expect a pretty decent increase. You start lower than industry, they will ring you dry the first five years, but you get project management experience too which always sets up for any inhouse position.
10% a year base pay adjustment is not realistic in consulting unless you change companies. Think variable pay and bonuses where you will make the money in 10-20% every year.
