OP : congrats . Seems about right . We have almost similar experience and I am from Texas . I was given the range for SM upto 180 and 180+ Director . What’s your location ? Also this was about 4 months ago so now it might be little higher
The PWC levels are SM Dir MD Partner. So the SM is role is lower than SM at EY, AC,DEl
PwC added Senior Manager recently, Director has been around for a long time.
You can also use MD as a stepping stone to Partner, a minority of partners have gone that route.
Doesn't pwc have an additional level below PPMD?
PwC doesn’t have PPMD. The ranks in the US firm are Associate, Senior Associate, Manager, Senior Manager, Director, Managing Director and Partner. You can go D>P or D>MD>P. Most client service SMs will be in the 7-10 years of experience range.

Trying to see if anyone has any idea of what PWC’s Sr Mgr 2 pay range is - what is the higher end. $195k seems real low
