Hi Guys...
I have a total of 5.5 years of experience with current CTC as 11.5 lpa.
I have a offer from Infosys of 17 lpa
But my company wants to retain me and they are giving me an opportunity for Canada onsite in return of retention(no raise or bonus)
Please suggest me, if i should take the onsite opportunity or keep looking for counter on my current offer.
I have 70 days of Notice Period left.
Tech stack- python/ AWS/ data engineeringDeloitte

My first YE I was only at the firm for like 4 months and got a 5% raise and bonus, but not up for promotion since it was too close to when I started.
I got a 15% raise and 10% bonus in that same situation. Got a 2 last YE and am in commercial.
If you come in too low you’re screwed. You’ll never close the wage gap regardless of what people tell you
And has anyone had success in negotiating upwards, and if so, how did you go about it?
DD1 did you get those after your first YE (not full year if exp hire) or did you have to wait till your first full year?

According to another thread D consultants make up to 120 so you should be at 150 or so since it’s Deloitte SC - unless this other guy was drinking way too much koolaid

MBA hire SC’s come in at 145k
