How do you know they’re pretending they can’t hear you? That sounds a bit odd.
What does your profile in workday say? Typically it changes throughout the process - that can be an indication of where your application is at.
But I agree with SM1 - pls be patient my process took about nine weeks. Explore all other options until then.
I called back if that was really the case and she just cut the call and I actually mailed saying that I tried calling you up looks like there’s a network issue etc etc , but never heard back. The HR is not OOO, the person who referred me could see she’s online and hasn’t been on leave recently so I guess it pretty much says they are ghosting me.I can now take a hint actually
Seems like you are too desperate if you have tried multiple follow-ups within the same week of the final round. Doesn't matter what the partner said. His definition of too soon could be 2 weeks which is realistic. Hiring is a lengthy process so I would request not to follow up this week and if nothing comes from the other side, please close this chapter and move ahead. Hopefully, you will land your dream job soon. Good luck!!!
I was worried of coming out as desperate (actually I am though 😬🤣) Just sent 1 mail and called them where they were pretending they couldn’t hear me. Let’s see if they ever come back. I’ve been ghosted twice even after having a verbal confirmation before so I get really frustrated when the same is happening here as well.

Just calm down and wait. Keep applying to other jobs. The process doesnt end until you have a written offer.
Please don’t be too aggressive with the follow up, it can only hurt you if you come off as bugging them
Jesus from Monday to now, you sent multiple follow ups? U better cool it before they rescind any potential offers. Geez. Soon can be anything, regardless of what you think that is. Be professional - u don't f/up with a client like that unless it's an emergency and you're not an emergency to them. I've done hiring before and this would make me think twice for sure. Not to mention if you're using this style of written communication in your emails..... Geez

As somebody involved in interviews, it can range from 1-2 days after your partner interview to hear the results (offer/no offer) to a few weeks depending on vacations of people and other factors (scheduling a debrief with all parties, assessing results of other interviews ongoing, getting pay offer approved etc)
Dude just wait and see. If they don’t respond, time to try elsewhere.
In my case, PWC took 2 weeks for verbal offer and another week after that for written offer. So chill.
