Pay for teachers in Arizona is so awful 😭. I always wanted to teach in my local community but frankly I can't afford it. I want to move to another state where comp is better but I'm not positive where. What do you make & where are you located? For context I'm a 3rd year 2nd grade teacher.

What would you choose, Big 4 or T2 firms like GT or BDO?

I have been in Deloitte since ever and wanted to consider moving to other firms.
Does it necessarily have to be another Big4?

Hello everyone I have 29 years as a dental professional in Texas. I started as a dental assistant back in 1993. As my career progressed as a RDA, I moved to the front office and eventually management. I even taught dental assistants and became the Program Director of a DA program. COVID opened up remote work for me, I manage eclaims, claims corrections and billing for two offices. $20 per hour, no bonuses or incentives, I know I am not getting paid enough! Any input would be appreciated.

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project.
