Given two career choices/ job offers which one should I chose and why?
GenAI developer - 28 lpa
MLOps engineer- 30 lpa

MLOps seems more stable career choice given my 7+ years of experience and age.
While GenAi can potentially make you earn even higher salaries if the hype is real.

Ratings on three projects - 3,2,2. Utilization - 90%... Proposal hours - 15... Firm activities - 43 hrs... I then get a YE rating of 4 😕 ... How worried I should be regarding the layoffs???

Does anyone actually enjoy Federal Consulting or is it just about the work/life balance it affords and easy work? I feel like I’m slowly losing my soul on white collar welfare
