Anyone else’s team experiencing heavy attrition? I’m unsure if I should start looking for another job or if that’s being too reactionary. I also really like my job currently but there are so many unknowns with so many people leaving.

Medicaid plans are so dysfunctional. Has anyone else experienced this? I feel like I’m being gas lighted after working for big commercial enterprises and now working on a Medicaid plan. I’ve never seen so much resistance to change or legit resistance to doing anything to improve operations.

I keep watching Schitt's Creek reruns now and then. It makes me feel warm and mushy, but also super lonely. So tired of being perpetually single.
