Any tips to share?

1) I used the InMessages function to message various people at companies I was interviewing with to connect by phone and get a behind the scenes perspective of the role and organization. 2) LinkedIn Premium also has a new module for most common interview questions and best practices for responding. Very nice refresher. 3) Keep in mind any 401k clawbacks and foregone bonuses if you leave and bake that into your salary negotiation and sign on bonus etc. I found it easier to negotiate when I could anchor on real losses. So my new salary is a win for the year and a bigger one for the following years. 4) Let people in your network know that you’re looking for opportunities and ask them to connect you to people in the industry you’re looking to be in. You’d be surprised how weak ties can make huge differences. So don’t be afraid to reach out to those who you may not have connected with in a while! Happy to share other tips as needed, but those were some really helpful ones for me this go round

Curious what you mean by health tech. Can you share more details on the role or company?

It’s an implementation manager role for a company that has developed patient access solutions and provider matching

Building off a thread from a few days ago on how long you waited to consultant an RE. If I am under 35 and have not been trying for 12 months, do I need to spin it to my doctor like I have? It seems bad to not give my doc the real info but I also don’t want to be turned away and I think I’ve heard you have to tell them it’s been 12 mo to get insurance to cover it. Any insight?
