Those are the signs. If you know, you know. Send a thank you, see it through just in case, but detach from the job. Let it go. Learn from your f ups. Onto the next!
If there was a question or concept I bombed, I use the thank you email to address it and show some humility. That helped me to break into banking from a sciences background when I first graduated and then the same thing happened when I moved from FS Consulting to Capital Markets. The thank you is a major 🔑 and has salvaged interviews that I felt I did terribly in. Good luck OP
Note: I was interviewed by a peer, not a senior. Have not met the hiring manager yet. I feel like my peer felt that she was more experienced than me and therefore i didnt deserve to be her peer; i should have been interviewed for one lower level- that was my impression.

Oh I am known to spectacularly fail in interviews. I never play it safe…I ask real tough questions, and I admit actual shortcomings. The stories I could tell…
End of day- you can only work one job at a time. As such your goal is not to secure AN offer…it’s to secure THE offer.
It took me 175 job applications over 8 months unemployed to move to tech from consulting. And yes as someone super driven that was excruciating. But keep to a cohesive search strategy, and show up with whatever your A game is for your next interview
