Hi Applied to PwC Strategy& for a consultant role and havent heard back from a recuiter however, I received an email for a survey asking what am I looking for in the company in terms of their culture, values etc and what other companies I have applied to. Is this a typical process? Not sure if thats the step 1 in the process or I have been rejected. Any feed back is appreciated. I am graduating from Ohio State with an MBA and have 8 years of experience in corporate accounting and finance.

Which office? I worked big 4 in the U.K. Nothing like us hours - like NOTHING - busy season I was home for dinner every night and maybe turned computer on Sunday night. However - I did know folks that worked in London and it had a bit more of a us feel in terms of hours.
Most countries don't work our busy season hours. I've done Australia which is very relaxed and been told London is the same. 50ish hours on the high end.
How long does it last? Lucky
I have a few friends (in assurance and M&A) over in London that regularly work U.S. hours. Probably varies by market offering and project.
I have friends in the US tax office in London. They work the same hours too
Thanks! Just applied through our global opportunities website and heard back from them within a couple of weeks. Still waiting on all the details as far as where I will be living and when I need to fly up there.
6 months in Manchester/Liverpool
I think should be pretty relaxed then. You can plan lots of weekend things (like getting out of Liverpool) - and shouldn't be working too late.
That sounds awesome OP, how did you manage get that gig?
Damn, that's it? I am interested in doing one through Pwc in Hong Kong in couple years, second year senior now, so hopefully will be a manager by then. But Pdub's website make it seem like such a long and complicated process to apply ? May I ask what firm you are with?
GT, I did have to go through all the approval process/conversations before applying to that office specifically
