Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. I would go for it, Google generally has pretty good promotions rates and stock incentives. Also, if you ever return to a lower cost area you still have a much higher base pay to leverage during negotiations.
Culture fit is a big one too. Google is the Millennials IBM. Accenture's more the Boomers IBM. Choose wisely young padawan. One side is easier, more alluring and adventurous. Easy to be seduced by. Patience. Calmness. You will know the right path.

Do they match your vacation or will they add that to the compensation via their unlimited vacation and a 15-30k addition because that's what it's worth. Decision should incorporate lifestyle, self-actualization, growth and mental prosperity. Past 75k, extra money doesn't bring additional happiness.
