In hand salary?

Had a bad showing for case interview about a month ago. I knew the material i just straight up had a bad day. Took feedback in exit interview and feel prepared to reapply for a different role with no cool off time… should I still wait or shoot my shot?
Asking as I am curious if my app will be flagged as I just applied to another role recently.EY-Parthenon

That's super frustrating. I would say if it's still within their first year, be patient. They will get the hang of things and improve in their role, I'm sure. But if you are at the point where you think you should be a managerial role, maybe you should consider applying internally or even externally to management positions. it sounds like you're at that stage where being managed too closely is painful, so I think that's a good indicator you're ready to move up.
you career sponsor rarely can be your boss. look for people 1 level up your boss.
Leave a trail of Skittles that goes from your boss’ desk to heavy traffic. Let nature take care of the rest.
First really let yourself feel frustrated! Don’t take any actions just let yourself feel it. Maybe even write a letter expressing all of the frustrations (that you don’t show anyone and that you can later burn).
Then, only after processing, consider how you’re contributing and how you’re growing from this experience. Finally, get clear on what it is you want and how you can create that (without changing them).
Working w a boss where it isn’t gelling is understandably tough. Wish you luck!
Make sure you talk to your boss and let them know what you are doing. I like doing informal chats stopping by their office chatting about life then go into business, Eventually they will see that your boss is a moron.
