Ask for more RSU’s and also a substantial signing, give them numbers.
Solidify the base comp which is what will matter most over time. Most bonuses come with a time commitment clawback, so if things don’t work out and you leave before the specified time you will have to pay that bonus back usually on a prorated basis.
