Both roles remote for a foreseeable future. Putting on average ~18 productive hours per week in a current role, so I should be able to add 30-40 more for the next few months.

So my VP at my previous company felt bad and refused to speak to me or attend my farewell after my resignation. Why is education deemed more valuable on a pay scale than experience? Employers will pay someone with a degree and no experience a greater salary, than someone who has exhibited the experience.
