PayPal Offer Details:
Base: INR 54 LPA
AIP: INR 5.4 LPA
RSUs: 55k USD vested over 3 years equitably.

The other offer is from InMobi in their DSP team as a Data Scientist-III role based out of BLR as well.

InMobi Offer Details:
Base: INR 67 LPA
RSUs: 500 Units vested over 4 years equitably. (Company has not yet gone IPO)

Which one should I go with?
