compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

I have a technical interview for business intelligence analyst position. This will be the first time interviewing with the company hiring managers and also my first data analyst job. I’m going to google common DA interview questions to prepare, however, how do you answer a technical question you do not know the answer to without it counting against you?

Hi I was just offered a CM Manager position at Evelance aka Anthem with moderate salary 100k with 10% bonus. I was previously making 110k with 10%. Looking to exit from 195k base to a sales role base 140 + 40 in guaranteed bonus year 1 to make up for the lengthy sales cycle. I know in the long run total comp through equity and sales commission bonus can be much higher but having a hard time making the jump… mostly my ego to drop drastically in TCO the first year after spending all these years trying to increase base.
