Got an offer from Amazon Web Services (internal business insights role). The TC is a little less that what I make now at ACN. I’ve been at ACN for ~1.4yrs now and have enjoyed it for the most part. The work is meh. I will say I’m not looking forward to travel coming back. At AWS I’d be doing similar work but also get to do some other stuff I’d like and no travel. I’m just worried about the WLB and PIP culture I read about. Being that WLB is top priority, does jump make sense?

Here is my idea for a startup! I collect all the data from career transitions and use Data Analytics to predict the most likely career transitions. I could start with consulting.
