Got an offer from Deloitte Senior Strategy Consultant . 175k base + 5k sign on bonus (2 years lock period), NY location. I'm negotiating for 195k base + 15k sign on bonus. What do you guys think?

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. Have I been ghosted or is there still hope? Does anyone at Visa have insights? Looks like there are a ton of jobs posted so maybe they are just backed up?

Does anyone know if we can reimburse expenses for items listed in Wageworks while on maternity?

I know we cannot expense phone/internet/ commuter benefit as I am not actively doing work.

I would be moving to new employer, in their background investigation form I mentioned current employer job title as Senior Consultant, however with my current employer my Current Designation is Senior Consultant and Current Role is Consultant. Will this cause any issue in the Background investigation ?

It’s now been about a month since I cold applied to all big 4 firms for upcoming winter internships. I’ve tried reaching out to some of the recruiters in the area I applied for but no response. What’s the difference between a Partner, Principal and a MD at Deloitte? I understand that MDs don’t buy into the firm compared to Principals and Partners. But other than that why would one choose/be assessed to be one over the other?
