Got an offer from EY GDS (22.17 fixed and 10% variable) for 7yoe and senior consultant 3 role. Tech stack- SAP ABAP. This is around 40% hike from my current salary.Working in deloitte india in a operate project for an indian client. Although the team and the leadership is very good here but my client is very bad and i also feel underpaid. Should i consider the resign ?

Hello, Need an advice on my offer from Deloitte. I am on OPT and looking for H1B sponsorship this year, recruiter said they will do it but I am wondering if I join after 2 weeks will they be able to do it as there won’t be much time left. My current company will file H1 for me. I got an offer for a consultant role at D with 25$k extra than my current salary and 10$k sign in bonus but I am currently working as a Sr Con. Is it advisable to take a risk in my case considering H1 as a priority?

What's the protocol for adding internal portal mockups for a client to your portfolio? Is it expected, something that requires asking permission but is still generally OK, or frowned upon? I'm a developer trying to pivot to UX.

I'm exploring roles in WELLS FARGO/JP as I am looking into profiles in investment banking. Have done masters in banking & finance, & have retail banking experience of 4.5 years. Overall 8+ YOE from scrap.
