I'll be joining tw as UI Lead, soon.
I'm a javascript/react developer since inception of my career & haven't worked much on CICD/JENKINS and similar technology.
Should I be worried that as a lead I don't know these and will it affect by job security?
Ps- I'm good at UI,js, react etc.

I got mail from OKTA, I've filled laptop shipping details as well.
But along with that there are many more notifications like pf, nominee etc. Some needs to be send hard copy to Bangalore.
My question is..do I need so send it before joining or after joining?

Location constraint:
I have got a very good offer that i cannot deny, but location is Hyderabad, I want this in Bangalore location. I am not onboarded yet, spoke to HR , he said it is not a big problem, Thoughtworks is very flexible.
Currently it is WFH, but once it is back to office.. I dont want to relocate. How easy it is relocate from Hyderabad to Bangalore, Thoughtworks

My package is similar, total around 30L at TW. After employer nps deduction of 10K+, I get around 1.8L in hand monthly.

Separate...once you submit bills you get it as sudexo cash to spend which you can use like a debit card or withdraw. If no bills are submitted by March end tax is deducted and paid as March month salary.
There is also option to opt out of these allowances while joining and this amount will be part of monthly salary.
Is it wise decision to join the TW ? Now a days people are complaining about TW so much. What's going wrong there ? It's not the same ThoughtWorks now that it was before.

It depends on individual. But mostly people are bit disappointed....earlier culture is not there...and based on projects.
Just an advice, you should not post your salary structure like this. Just mention ctc .

I had something similar to your CTC. Your in hand should be around 1.7 lac after tax deductions

Layoffs happened and not sure when it will happen next. Might not happen in near future but TW is a sinking ship which Is trying to steady itself now. Risk is yours.

why wont they provide detailed breakup of flexible pay? is it fine?
