I am going through interview process in Nielseniq currently for Big data engineer role.
Total Yoe - 3.3 years
Current salary - 15 + 1 Lpa approx.
Joined Sapient only six months back.
Can someone provide your reviews so far about the company, mainly looking for learning, wlb can be compromised a bit.
Also, what should be the general expected salary for the role and tech in NielsenIQ ?
How is accenture analytics advisory specialist position in terms of wlb,growth and the nature of projects. I have already rejected offers from couple of start up with equivalent pay. I’ve been trying to get into the top tier Associate Product Marketing Manager position Google for some time now for just an interview and I feel like business majors somehow have such a stronger chance in getting interviewed especially my business school and I feel really discouraged as an Econ Major and I have a lot of marketing experience that I’ve built over the years. Are there any non-business majors in the tech realm in non technical positions at Google that can advise me?

Food for thought this a Friday. Quiet quitting has been trending for the last few weeks. This is problematic in two ways. A) Doesn’t actually identify the root cause for burnout (I.e abuse at work or poor company culture B) Completely dismisses a whole demographic of people unable to do the bare minimum without facing penalty. Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?

Seems about right for an L4 PM. I would ask for a TC of 250-275k
This offer is aligned with what I have seen for other PMs with identical backgrounds.
Take the offer and be happy knowing that you will make 20-25% more per year.
Get promoted to L5 and things get real nice. L6 is even nicer
20% = equity refresh + salary increase + equity appreciation.

I just had relevant experiences within the space I was interviewing in and the interviews went well because of that.

Must be Nyc then because Sf and nyc are the only t1 cities at Google
This is low for a PM role. For context, most offers I’ve seen for PMs with 4 YOE have been in the 250-350 range with 170-200 base 75-100 RSU and 10-30 bonus. This is for L4 -L5 and T1 city.
Thanks. I still didn’t get anywhere near there yet but I got my TC up to $240 after renegotiating.
