Got an offer today for a t2 tech company. I’m a post-mba with 7 YOE at PwC (sr manager with a chance to become a director prob next year). The offer I got is for 260 TC. My mba is from a top 30 university. The role is for a sr manager title in San Francisco. I can’t really land anything outside of this and people ignore my resume when I’m trying to get into a director role. Should I just start applying to smaller f500 companies to get a higher title? Or should I use this offer to move to a t1.5?

I was referred to Accenture federal 2 weeks ago, but have not heard anything back yet. How long did it take for a recruiter to reach out to you? How fast does Accenture move in the hiring process?

However, I've had A LOT of recruiters reach out to me for positions that are way below my current salary. They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. My resume clearly says I've got 10yrs experience and an MBA. I **don't think* I should be getting offers of 80k-100k

MBB AP about to exit to non-FAANG tech. Would you expect a signing bonus and/or pre-determined severance pay if things don't work out with the new company? Anything else that people have negotiated during their exit? I'd be leaving a large amount of bonus on the table to leave before the end of the year.

Mulling over an offer to join Industry (Banking) - salary match at VP level (10+YOE) + discretionary bonus (FO role) + better WLB. Not seeing a path to promotion at current firm (rejection for multiple years with no specific/satisfactory reason provided - met delivery + sales KPIs - bad managers/backers). Thoughts?
