Guys I received a revised offer letter from XYZ MNC, in this offer letter they have mentioned "Agreeing to terms and conditions in the workforce of iTap is as good as signing of physical contract form on mutual agreement between you and company. It has legal binding as per law if mutual trust is breached."

Currently am not planning this company, but will this impact me anyway legally? Please consult
