They need me at my job, but I’m being way under paid. I’ve asked twice for a pay increase. (With a no a a response) I want to put in my two weeks notice to see if they would consider giving me a pay increase.. but I don’t have a back up plan right now to do so. Any suggestions. It hard for them to find employees and the turn over rate is to the rooftop! I would be hard to replace at a short notice now that they are hiring like four new physicians and providers

Had an Excel assessment yesterday as the second to last step in an interview process. I was using a new computer and long story short, had some technical difficulties (or maybe just my own incompetence under stress) and ended up only getting through half of the test. I mean what is the time of the year where requirements in most of the companies are at pick?

Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.

But the HR is saying they can offer only 36% hike.

CCTC : 12 LPA fixed.

I have an offer from IBM Bangalore with 13 LPA fixed, Y.O.E is 3 years. The role that I'm being offered is of a Data Engineer (Big Data).

Currently, I am working in Consulting Industry on a Techno-Functional role in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.

Just wanted to get some thoughts, should I consider this offer or not?
