I have received an email after my interview with HCL from consultant stating I have selected for HCL technologies and asking for information like, when U was interviewed and whether I received any link for documents upload from HCL.
I replied to that email saying interview has been done and I am yet to receive any link from HCL for documents upload nor any call from HCL HR.
Can anybody suggest, whether the process wil take time or where should I contact for further process.HCL Technologies

Hey there!
I am a Masters Student majoring in Machine Learning. I am in my first semester and I am kind leaning to explore Data Science as well. Could any Professional Data Scientists help me out on getting started? What skills do I focus on? What kind of projects should I have on my portfolio?
I have tried looking this info out in the internet but its all overwhelming. Hoping to get some honest guidance here!

Are you sure it’s for strategy? If it says “Strategy & Consulting Analyst,” it’s for MC. If it says “Strategy Analyst,” it’s for strategy.
For strategy that would be criminally underpaid. I was offered 80k 5 years ago.
That’s about right for your salary if you look on Glassdoor for your position. It’s on the lower end but you are just starting out and the pay is solid. Take the offer and don’t look back.
It’s not low, it’s the CDP standard for a T2 city. Unfortunately non-negotiable. You can hustle when you’re here and transfer into strategy but it’ll take you a lot of hard work and at least 1 year
Entry level salary for Consulting Development Program (CDP) : 79500
For Strategy Development Program: 100K
CDP is not the strategy analyst program
A1 be easy. Accenture doesn’t really make it that “straightforward”.
Case in point: what domain do you belong to? At this point you’re probably asking yourself what does this person mean domain. If I followed your mindset I’d then reply to you that “it’s concerning” that you do not know that what you call your “group” is actually called a domain.
Lots of bad info above but some is correct. This is not strategy. This is consulting. Strategy pays more. U of M is not a strategy target school. Strategy and Consulting are separate. You cannot negotiate this offer. Consulting pay is laddered by city tier. Others citing pay above are not helpful without including the locations. Hope some of this is helpful.
Strat doesn’t recruit from U of M anymore. It’s CDP/TDP or whatever it is these days. It’s Consulting, not Strategy. the “C” part of S&C.
It’s your first job, chill. 79,500 is great money for Minneapolis in general. And again it’s your first job.
For s&c that sounds about right. What city are you in? I was at 75 two years ago when I started
Yup that’s a T2 or T3 city which is the correct salary
Is it an entry level position or experienced hire? It seems in range with consulting entry level
Entry level.
What city? And what is the exact title on your offer
That way folks can validate for you if it’s lower than standard. If standard then yes that’s non negotiable
I started 71k + 10k sign on in 2020
got 90k for NYC plus $10k signing
CDP
Definitely on the lower range. It’s your first year. You’ll go through hell but you can take that work elsewhere after the year.
I’m an incoming Strategy Consulting Analyst for Accenture Federal Services with $82k base and $7k signing - similar positions in different wings of Accenture but right on par with what I have
That sounds a little low. I would try to negotiate higher pay.
No negotiation for T2 city and CDP. It’s cohorted.
That does sound low. I started at 82k in 2015 for Accenture.
Depends on city tier
It depends on the college you went to
If you’re in that T1 school range you’ll get the top dollar
This only applies to TDP. ASADP and CDP offers are school-agnostic
ASADP and CDP is standardized by Tier cities. TDP adds a layer of school tier to it. So if you go to a target school, your offer may be better than someone with lower pedigree
Ah you are right
I just got $85k + $10k (ATL office)
A lot of of the people here are mentioning TDP, CDP, and ASADP. Does anyone have experience and/or knowledge in ADP- Analyst Development Program that they can shed light on? That is what I am seeking at Accenture. Thanks in advance.
