How much should you tip your butler in the Maldives? I would love to hear what other people provide

Last time I was in the Maldives for 3.5 days and 3 nights, and left a $120 tipfor our butler at Anatara Dhigu. I will be staying at the St. Regis or Ritz for 12 days, and I am thinking $30-50 per day would suffice as a tip to provide to our butler at the end of our trip.

Hyatt or SPG? The locations I travel have shit SPG hotels, should I put up with it for the rewards?

I got my H1B approved this year. Recently got my I797B (Consular Processing not COS). Can I switch employer before Oct 1st using this I797B form or do I need to get stamping done? Was leading the charge on a new client strategy wise and was told was crushing it but then my boss cut me out of all the meetings, client briefing etc without any explanation or communication- the rest of the team is taking her lead and I’m so confused and have no idea how to be effective and help the teams with campaign development- advice on approaching with my boss or do I just do nothing and accept this as the way it is?

I’m thinking of diversifying to reduce my risk by investing in some long term fixed income ETFs (e.g., FBND). Currently have a mix of a good mix of ETFs that cover large, mid, small cap as well as developing, emerging markets and tech. If I’m planning to hold for 10+ years, is it better to add in some fixed income or just up my existing positions?
