Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?

This same exact thing happened to me!!! They would even reach out to me, ask me to interview, and then turn me down at the eleventh hour. Please don’t convince yourself you’re inadequate. Not only is it their loss, but your gain. You don’t need to be in an environment where they don’t have an appreciation for someone of your personality. You are destined for bigger and better things, and someday, this will just be a blip on the radar of your life. XO! 💕
Ask them where you fell short. What do you need to work on. Email one of the people you connected with best and ask them as a mentor.

The good news is they like you. So stay in touch. Sounds like if you got that far and didn’t make it, they would definitely consider you for another position at a different time so don’t give up.

Don’t let it get you down. They like you! You’re good at what you do. And they made a mistake going with someone else. Use this as fuel to do better things where you’re at or whatever you do next.

This happened to me a few months ago, but then I got an amazing offer at a company that's ultimately a much better fit. I've also been passed over in the past for other people I know, who I have now surpassed career wise. No individual job defines you. When it's right it will happen.
Ugh the worst part is I interned here, the roles just weren't open when I worked full time so I went elsewhere
