Got verbal confirmation for selection from HR and got a call from a manager explaining job responsibilities in his project, but did not receive offer letter yet. When are the offer letters released after completing the interviews in CGI? Also can I negotiate for a better compensation if I have a competing offer despite being a fresher?

Got a verbal offer from the Partner. He wants to bring me in and asked my expectations. I told him a 140K with Manager position. The role was for a senior with probably a lower comp range but he said we can work it around and will talk to the recruiter.

For those who were diagnosed as an adult can you provide some insight into how you were able to obtain a diagnosis. I went to my primary care dr who referred me to another dr who specialized in mental health. He asked me about 5 questions before telling me I should see a neuropsychologist for an official assessment. The referral he gave me is super pricey and apparently isn’t covered by insurance.
