Guidehouse question: what’s the salary and bonus range for a Manager level with 15+ years of experience. Also, how’s the culture, morale, and work/life balance?

I got an offer from LTI for Senior Software Engineer Role with P2 grade in Banking and Financial Services BU.
3.9 YOE
Tec Stack : Java, Spring, springboot.
How will the WLB, culture , leaves , work , hikes be in LTI?
Note : I have an offer from People Tech Group for Amazon client for similar pay.

Anyone lateraled at the 2-4 year mark from boutique (40ish lawyers, corporate lit work on same level as biglaw, making top NY pay) to v100? Can you say anything about the experience? The reason I’m considering is while boutique is generally a good place for me as an associate (NY pay, reasonable WLB, good experience on many fronts) there’s basically zero shot at making partner.

I got lowballed an year back. I joined without realizing how the title salary would drag me back. I am stuck in my role and low salary. Any suggestions?

Hi guys, i have a current CTC of fixed 30L and I got a variable ~8L (32%). I heard that Bofa doesn't give bonus so what is the ideal one can quote the HR and should look reasonable?
PS - I heard that Bofa gives an average hike of 10% whereas in consulting I have always received hike > 20 or above.
Given this and markets I was hoping for ~50L (considering 30+8)? Any suggestions. Also they are in an urgent requirement for the role to be filled. I need suggestions on this number. Thanks in advance
