I have 20 LPA offer from ciena(telecom giant) as a backend developer (stable growth)and a 34 LPA WFH offer from quillbot (AI company)(fast paced work) as a frontend developer. I have 3 YOE as a full stack developer. I worked at Barclays and my tech stack is Python + React .What is the best offer for me in the long term?Im more confident on the backend side but I can gain the required frontend knowledge on the job. Can i switch to fullstack later on?

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐
