I have a nanny helping me while I work from home. I am working like 70 hour weeks (she works 30). I cant handle her comments at times work is stressful enough. She will make comments like I woke the baby from their nap right after I toss something in the garbage or turn on the faucet. She will comment the baby has long nails (I don’t let her cut them as I do). Advise on how to let go or if I should address or look for a new nanny? She is very loving with my child.

I've uploaded my resume to several job search sites and am beginning to get emails from interested companies. How do I filter through them to find legitimate potential opportunities? Some seem scammy.

Just started a new job and three people from the team have put in their notice or have left. Not a good look.

Left PA and started industry remotely. Haven’t been in the office. Met my team one time. Tips are to always be on video for even the smallest of calls. Take a ridiculous amount of notes. In downtime, go through your notes and come up with questions by reperforming old work. Set up recurring question sessions with your team so you know what to do next time. Set up performance meetings even monthly because it’s hard to get a gauge on your performance

Hello!! I’m starting a new job on February 1st and will also be going through the remote onboarding. I finally got the official “pass” from my background check yesterday. My biggest issue was just dealing with the company giving the check. They kept asking for the same info several times which was frustrating. So glad that process is over!!
