I think you are too ambitious ,40 lpa for 8 YOE is too high i can find candidates to join at 20lpa from cts,tcs

Yeah, they offered me a maximum of 40% of my fixed salary. I tried to negotiate as much as possible, but they weren’t willing to go beyond that.

Comcast is a very properly established firm with clear vision and strong presence in India... LTC is still starting up. So, find companies like Comcast ..
