How often do people actually go into the office? I’m about to get an offer as a CE and I live about 90 minutes from the office. Google will give me relocation but if I just need to go in 1-2 a week, I’d be open to stomaching the commute. Any info would be helpful!

The organization does provide chair/monitor/mouse/keyboard for WFH ease but then we have to return it while leaving organization.

I am currently undergoing a recruitment exercise for the role of Senior Principal, Research with the Peers & Practitioners team at Gartner India Research & Advisory Services. My current work exp is 5 years across 2 big 4s and a KPO in India. How much hike should I quote if I clear the interviews here? Presently my CTC is around early INR1000Kp.a. Also are they giving options of a permanent WFH post covid? If not can I work from some other office such as HYD, BLR instead of NCR?

Is mphasis giving permanent wfh to all employees?

Do they provide cab facility in Pune location ? How is the wfh policy? Do they reimburse internet charges?

Are people called to chennai once every month especially SBA's @Tiger analytics? Or is it a permanent wfh for now?

If there is a case that we have to quarantine again. Do you all think it is possible for store associates to work remotely? If so, what are some ways this could work? I fear another pandemic or outbreak and so many people being out of work again. I can't even fathom those that had jobs in retail that had little to no choice to not be remote.

At what point do you begin to feel numb (if ever) when you’re done trial and prepping for another trial in a span of 3 months, while mains full caseload of other active litigation cases? Started talking to this guy through group a group telegram and one day he offered to pay for my lunch as I had helped him out with something. I’ve doing this for a good number of years. I think I depleted almost completely my interest in this business. When I’m out of the office or during the weekends I get into a “leave me alone state” and don’t want to know anything about the office. I actually just want to get in the agency, do the best I can within the time I have available, and get out. In a business where “the most committed wins” this is not an ideal mindset, but I’m done. Anyone else experiencing something similar?
