Guys, it’s been 3.8 years at Accenture and still at level 11.I have received 6% hike this time.Even though my performance is good in team .My manager pinged me today that they are going to roll off me by next month as my roll off date can’t get extended. I am very much stress could anyone please tell me what should I do?

Hi, I got an offer letter from Accenture with DOJ 1st of March but my current organization release me on the 4th of march, in that case, what should I need to do as I have already sent a mail to HR to extend my offer letter till 6th of March and she agreed on that. Will they revoke my offer letter in this case or they will initiate my new offer letter? Need help
