Package is almost the same, approx 32-34 fixed. My main concern is Allstate India being reviewed as constant layoffs! Any suggestions please. Tech stack - SAP ABAP. YOE - 9 years

Will companies know that you got laid off if they do a background check?

How long did it take you to find a new role once you committed to a job change? We are expecting our organization to change directions and our team need to make some changes. While I plan to make the change proactively rather than being laid off, I am also looking at my savings account to make sure I have adequate funds in case I get surprised. Thank you for your advice! I have chronic health issues and I’m severely depressed. I can’t even get myself to work anymore. If I don’t quit, I’m in serious danger of being fired.
