Hello all, My friend got an offer from Tech Mahindra with a good hike. Like 18LPA with 10% variable for 5 years of exp. And in Accenture she is getting 14LPA with near 20% veriable. So should she move now? Or stay in Accenture? How is Tech Mahindra as a company now?

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.
