I have offers from Gartner and Workday for Salesforce Developer role with a difference of 3lac, about 20k per month for In-Hand salary. Gartner's in hand salary offer is better as its giving 3Lac extra but workday is giving RSUs which after post taxes, would add 6lacs to my CTC.
