I am on notice period and m joining TCS by nex tmonth end.now I received the CTC revision of 9.8 which was 8.9 by before ....in TCS offer is 15lpa..is it can I ask the HR more like one lakh plus as they revised me in Cognizant? Or shal I just move on ?pls guide me will TCS revise ?

Revised Comp Letter will be released in May and the delay is due to the incorporation of New Wage Law code. Also irrespective of when the letter gets released, hike will be applicable from April 2026, CHRO has already shared this official communication organisation wide. Please check with your HR/ Business Leader, in case the communication has not reached you.
When C3B will be getting hike letters, please let us know?

They said 25 25 policy but come with 5 days WFO policy and linked it with appraisal as it it is pvt engineering college where seasonal are dependent on attendence.
They hardly give QVP .
They change policy overnight and than ask employees to follow that .
