Guys this is very very serious. They promised the hike from April. Yet they did not generate the hike letter. last year also they postponed it and was only applicable from October and from C3B no hike. This year also, there is no communication, atleast CHRO should come out and say why salary hike not given. But no one is speaking. We can compare with other companies and say all companies are doing same but Understand the situation. i dont want to scare people but the time is bad.
