Eligibility

Gratuity is paid in full under the following circumstances:

When you retire or resign and you have continuous service of four years and 190 days with the company.
In the event of an individual being rendered disabled because of an accident or illness
In the event of individuals’ death (In such a case, the gratuity will be paid to their nominees).
The four years and 190 days rules are not applicable for the last two instances.

For 🐠🐟 that live in the Circle C area, is there really a difference between Circle C proper vs. the surrounding neighborhoods (e.g. Circle C North)? Or are we basically just paying a premium for the name?

Having tough time deciding between IB & Consulting. My thought process: I have a "better" background for IB (TAS/valuation) and with tech layoffs, this might push more potential would-be tech applications to pursue consulting (there by increased competition)? Additionally, you can do IB intern and full time consulting but not vice versa. I prefer consulting, but IB seems like the "safer" option? And if consulting does get hit hard, I would hopefully have a full time IB offer via internship.
