Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

It depends on the manager I’m sure. But I think in hospitality, having weekend availability is crucial seeing that this is the busiest time for businesses in hospitality.
Yeah I think so too!! Weekends is quite important!
I totally get that! People are always quitting so I can never have a weekend off!
That sucks!! You should be entitled to one!
I agree, and I’ve seen that for years, too. Most places tend to prioritize availability over experience, so limited weekend availability can be a challenge. That said, some managers may be flexible depending on how the location is set up.
Yeah I guess it’s just unfortunate!

Yeah you’re probably right there!

Availability depends entirely on the manager and staffing level. Some will work with you, some won’t budge. Asking upfront is the right move even if it costs you the role.
That’s true, I guess it just depends!
It’s not a deal breaker, but I’m sure they prefer someone with open availability. When I’m hiring, I tend to take whoever I can find because we’re almost always short-staffed.
I guess that’s not always a good thing though, is your staff turnaround high?
