I am interviewing at and considering making a jump to Oracle as a Specialist Solutions Consultant.
The reason for my move is currently at Pega SCs are treated more as AEs or Account Managers. The role at Oracle would be more of a true SC position. I also feel that Oracle will look BETTER on a resume and someone as young as me would have BETTER programs in place to train me and give me the foundation needed to be a successful SC.
Thoughts?

Four days seems like nothing to me. I’d give 10 business days. But I’m not at Accenture Strat
Respected SM? They probably got busy with work. It’s generally considered the toughest role in the firm. Run projects, do work, sell work.
I can guarantee with the changes things are moving slowly right now. Lots of calculations being done on supply side, and unless there is a posted billable role open that fits you there is no acceleration possible.
And so far radio silence. Any one have any insights? Have they put a hold on recruiting because of the re-org?
Had the same thing happen, SM literally reached out to the recruiter to inquire what the hold up was, after some back and forth finally had someone reach out.
M1 the SM did everything they could: vetted my resume with the head of recruiting and some partners for skill fit. And once he got the ok...he submitted my resume. I guess I am just wondering if there would be a reason for a recruiter to look at my profile and then not reach out.

I had an Accenture MD refer me for a role that I aligned to but I was passed over by the team themselves due to... I dunno “stick up ass syndrome” or something (not my words, the MD said that).... so it could be anything. Accenture is large and diverse and way more fragmented than even the most fragmented Big4 firms.
Did you interview or they just pass at resume submission?
Pass at submission. MD is in Spain and willing to go to bat for me. US doesn’t care.
I’m in the US now. Not an issue. I found out because the recruitment dept. assigns a recruiter to you if you’re a strong recommendation from an MD, so I had several chats with the lady. Super nice, but not helpful. Oh well.
I interviewed at Accenture in December and haven’t heard a thing from anyone
