Guys I am from Texas, USA. The last time I appeared for an interview was 10-11 years ago. I work in Java and related tech. I am also AWS certified (architect associate) but don't have much experience with it. I create small stuff on AWS for my personal learning. I am looking to switch jobs in the next 6 months so I want to use this time to prepare but not sure where to start? Any guidance on what to prepare etc? Like What skills are must have,

I work for a mortgage company and I service many commercial mortgages that are unique in structure which makes servicing more challenging. Since we are a smaller company we have to come up with solutions or work harder get things done. I would say I do some managerial work now and train new staff. Received an offer from EY 21 fixed + 3.5 variable+ 1 JB.. as variable % is little higher do we really get this amount in yearly payout if so how much amount we get from variable ?
I have another offer from CTS 23 fixed + 1.5 variable

What will they do if i arrange an appointment at bank will they look the details and go away or they would need any thing from bank side

If you could restart your career, would you still choose accounting? I have a lot of friends who work in finance, real estate, etc. and make the same or more, and didn’t have to take the CPA. However, I love the stability to being an accountant.
