I have been approached by 3 separate HR people at a startup company to interview for a position. I already have a fulltime job that pays well and I only started 6 months ago too. Anyways, the pay was intriguing and the job was a high level scientific advisor so I did interviews. Been struggling lately

Recommendations for improving lower back / sciatica pain. Is there a seat cushion / lumbar support cushion that genuinely helps you? I’m all ears. I have a high quality office chair and try to use my desk in standing mode at least once a day and wear good trainers for feet support. But the lower back pain is a killer. Driving now too ends up hurting :(
