Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Yes. In fact, I was credited with 4 years of Reserve experience as 4 years of project management experience. I did deploy during those times but it wasn’t all active time. I could demonstrably point back to projects completed each year as verifiable experience though.

Was your job in the military at least somewhat related to your current role? If it wasn’t, they’d be justified in not treating it as eligible work experience.

As long as there’s some way to link your service work to the JD then yeah sure.
I joined as an intern and worked my way up. Got promoted to manager in 4 years. If I had joined as a manager without the skills I've learned, I would have set myself up for failure and been looking for a new job within the first year.
