I'm currently working as a SWE and am interested in learning about the PM role and the experiences of others who switched to PM from a different role.
I enjoy customer engagement and planning/timelining work in an agile manner. These make me think I'd be a good fit for the role but I have some concerns/questions:
1. What is the pay-range compared to the average SWE pay range?
2. What skills are critical for the PM role?
3. Should I obtain Agile PM certificates?
4. Anything else I should know :)

My boss won’t stop sexually harassing me. Verbally, email, texts - 400+. He even set up his office with a display of sex toys and edibles condiments to show me that he planned to give me oral sex. Any recommendations for certifications, ideally under $1,000? I've seen several but not sure of the quality or the relevance. I'm already working in UX unofficially and have updated my resume but looking to make a switch to user experience research. I think a certification will help me look like a better candidate, aside from giving me more practical knowledge.
