Has anyone ever done GSAP and not done a summer internship?

Just wrapped up internship. How long do they take to get back to us with FT offers? Who will reach out? How will they do it?

I am a Management Information Systems grad student from University of Memphis, with a cumulative experience of 5 years ( 2years - Quality Data Analyst, 3years - Human Resource Co-Ordinator). I'm looking out for Summer Intern'22 in and around companies in Memphis and Nashville, specifically looking for recommendations for applied positions in FedEx. Hi, where or what types of companies should sophomores & juniors apply for next summer (2022) to recruit for IB the following summer (2023)? This summer BBs wrapped up SA IB recruitment, EBs even earlier, and a fair amount of my friends missed out big time.

Also, if a sophomore or junior doesn’t get a finance-related summer internship (I.e tech) and aims for an IB SA or FT position, is it harder to break in?
