Anybody know what will be the interview process, how many rounds & will it be difficult or medium? I'm currently working in cognizant with 6.2 as CTC. Pls don't ask about my CCTC as I'm not in right frame of mind. I was cheated here and desparate to move. Currently holding tcs offer of 9.7. Yes, its very common to show your presentation skills!
Not my own report but something I was given before an interview and had to present
It would be weird if they didn’t ask.
Yep, I just redacted the client logo and anything else that would identify the client
Yeah it's rare but ive been asked to walk them through a deck of a report before. I'd rather do that then get an assignment
one of the VPs in my group does it.
I would add that it depends on what I’m looking for - if it’s a manager or above where I expect them to be client facing, I might ask that. It doesn’t give a ton of insight into analytical skills - you don’t know how much guidance they had, how good the data was, what data was available, etc.
If it’s an analyst/senior analyst where I want to test their skills, I will give them a data set and 15 minutes to answer some questions. I can learn a lot more that way - see how they work, how quickly they work, how they respond to clues, etc
Ya - that, a case study, or dashboard walk through
Fairly common. I'd remove or index any sensitive numbers.
