Proctored assessments are just someone monitoring you, so you don't cheat. The person usually isn't watching you 24/7 as they have other exams they are monitoring. I honestly did not find it an issue when I sat for my exam and just concentrated on the exam which I recommend you do. As too level of difficulty/what's on the exam it is related to what your exam is for and has nothing to do with the proctor.
Thank you, I find that helpful 😊
Don't we all take the CPA exam? I mean I took it like 30 years ago but it was proctored at that time.
What company is having you take proctored exam for a job? I find that pretty strange
Is it a Fortune 500 company?
My PE company makes every one take the CCAT before they can work here (or any of their portfolio companies). The are proctored as well.
Perhaps it's becoming the norm. I had just never experienced it up until now. Thanks for your comment.
Expect about what?
You never took a proctored exam in college?
I’ve had to take an exam to get a job before. I think they may be trying to validate that the skills you listed on your resume are legit. I was brought in before to replace someone who fibbed on their resume about their typing and excel skills. This is unfortunately becoming a bigger issue. Just focus on doing your best. Good luck.
