What do you do when a store manager let's a cashier.walk all over the assistant manager? Dm isn't any help. I'm at my wits end! Store manager sticks up for cashier every single time. I've offered to give that cashier my keys . I'm so done with trying to do right, only to have manager make up excuses.

What type of food do you all feed your fur babies? I have a very picky eater, and doesn’t like hard food/treats. He’s at an ideal weight, and I’ve been making homemade food to mix in with his kibble, but not sure if that’s the best thing to do for his nutrition. I’ve tried wetting his food to make it softer, but he won’t touch it. Not sure if I should look into premade human grade food or continue making my own. Or using something else for his kibble. Just saw that Airbnb's salary range for a 2+ years experience Data Scientist in US is 129k -180k USD.
In INR its 95L- 1.4cr. But in India do they pay even 30L to 4 years yoe?
Last year I saw such salary range for 4+ yoe in US. But in India its yet to increase.
In this quarter these companies have started negotiating in the name of US recession. Irony is salary range didn't decrease in the place where the recession is supposed to occur.
