Has anyone got their visa stamped at Delhi consulate through Dropbox anytime in 2021 PwC Deloitte EY ? I believe Chennai consulate is designed to handle the cases much better for these consulting companies. Other consulates are much prone to provide 221g for either client letter or some other reason. Am I being skeptical here ? My sincere apologies. If anyone had past experiences please share.

Job transition question: I recently accepted an offer for a new role with Merrill Lynch, the following day I was fired from my previous employer. I haven’t filled out the updated work history background check info yet. The reason for termination was due to performance expectations not being met. Should I reach out to my new employer and let them know that I’ve been terminated? Should I just put the termination update on the background check form and leave it at that? - I didn't get selected in the H1B lottery.
- My company has agreed to send me to their London office for a year (haven't yet filed application).
- OPT ends in late June, so I can stay till mid-late August (grace period).

Question:
Should I just move to London as soon as I'm able to, or is it worth waiting until the end of my OPT in August in case they do a second round of the H1B lottery?

My PERM PWD was filed in early February and I’m still waiting. Almost all PWDs filed in the same month in my company have received determination, and all that are still in process are in the same department/team as me. I wonder what’s going on there.
What happens if a PWD takes more than 12 months to get approved? Would we have to file a new PWD since the 9141 wage survey is only valid for 12 months? (Feels like a PWD that takes >12 months to adjudicate would break the world record though).

Are the new wage requirements applicable if you move offices within the firm you work for?

Hi all, my H1B got approved today and I am waiting on the actual physical notice. In parallel I have a L2 EAD extension request in process. My H1B is valid from oct 1 only. Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?
